•The Board of Education desires that tennis courts at Kaneland High School and Kaneland Harter Middle School be available for use by residents of District 302 at times when they are not in use for Kaneland student instruction, outside of the school day, or for tennis matches as part of regular school activities. Tennis shoes are required footwear. When players are waiting to use a court, occupants of the courts will limit their play to one (1) hour duration.

•All applications for the use of Kaneland School facilities shall be filed and acted upon in the order of their filing. •Payment for the use of Kaneland School facilities shall be made in advance. Checks should be made payable to Kaneland Community Unit School District #302. •All groups using Kaneland School facilities should vacate the facilities no later than midnight. •The renter or user of Kaneland Community Unit School District 302 facilities shall purchase liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 combined Personal Liability and Property Damage.
