Guidelines

Kaneland Community Unit School District #302 reserves the right to approve or deny requests for flyer submissions based on the guidelines and other criteria.

  • Please submit your request to share information at least 72 hours before Friday each week.
  • Requests should align with the Kaneland Connects strategic plan and contribute to educational goals.
  • Requests should be from businesses, non-profit organizations, or an intergovernmental organization.
  • Your organization may need to submit an explanation to qualify to distribute the materials through Virtual Backpack, along with proof of your non-profit status.
  • The content should address community needs and not conflict with tax-supported programs.
  • Submissions for businesses or local service organizations soliciting or collecting pledges will not be accepted.
  • Please submit an 8.5x11 inch single page PDF.
