Budgets
At the regularly scheduled September 29, 2025 Board meeting, the Board of Education approved the 2025-2026 budgets for Kaneland C.U.S.D. #302 and the Fox Valley Career Center. Both budgets are prepared in accordance to Illinois School Code - 105 ILCS 5/17-1.

Annual Statement of Affairs
Section 10-17 of the School Code requires school districts/joint agreements to complete the Annual Statement of Affairs (ASA). To meet this requirement, annually the district must:
- Publish the ASA in a newspaper of general circulation on or before December 1.
- Post on the school district's website on or before December 1.
Annual Financial Reports & Audits
Each year, the District presents a Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR), which is audited by an external accounting firm to ensure the District complies with all state and federal regulations regarding finances.
