The Education Committee has the primary responsibility to review academic data throughout the year, discuss curricular changes, discuss changes to grading practices, and vet academic updates - related to SIP goals and strategic plans.  These items would cover the scope of general curriculum, special education, multilingual education, and other supports for students. 

This committee is co-chaired by 1-2 Board Members and the Directors of Ed. Services.  The Director of Special Education would also be a regular attendee.

The Finance/Facility Committee would have the primary responsibility to review finance reports, discuss budgetary items of note, and discuss capital improvement planning. 

This committee would be co-chaired by 1-2 Board Members and the Asst. Superintendent for Business.

The Human Relations/Staffing Committee has the primary responsibility to review items related to staffing levels, human resources innovations, and other personnel related matters. 

This committee is co-chaired by 1-2 Board Members and the Director of Human Resources.

Board Members: Koch and Kleisner

The Community Engagement Committee has the primary responsibility of reviewing community outreach strategies, communication strategies, and most items related to the towns and communities we serve. 

This committee is co-chaired by 1-2 Board Members and the Director of Communications.
