Purpose
The purpose of the Kaneland Key Communicators Network (KCN) is to enhance communications between the District and community. An e-mail message will be sent every Wednesday with District information to all participants. The information may include meetings, events, student successes, changes in the curriculum, finance information, and more.
Benefits
Facilitates increased communication: As a component of our Strategic Plan, there is a desire to enhance communications between District 302 and its community. The District recognizes this need and feels that the Key Communicators Network will offer this as a part of the solution.
Timeliness of information: In our busy lives it is increasingly important to receive timely and accurate information. The Key Communicators Network will be used to distribute information, both accurately and efficiently.
Cost-effective: The more information that can be sent electronically, the less paper, printing/copying equipment and staff time needed. This solution has both cost and environmental benefits.
