Principal's Welcome

Welcome to John Stewart Elementary School in Elburn, Illinois. John Stewart Elementary School is part of the Kaneland Community Unit School District 302 and serves students from Elburn, Maple Park, Virgil, and parts of Sycamore and DeKalb. Over 600 students from Early Childhood through fifth grade make up the Stewart family.

Teachers, parents, students, and community members are dedicated to promoting student growth in all areas of learning including language and communication, math and science, history, the arts, technology, and physical and social-emotional health. We provide an environment that is safe, nurturing, and responsive to the needs of each individual student.

We are enthusiastic about what the 2010-2011 school year holds for John Stewart Elementary School and we look forward to working together to help all students learn.
