Summer Sports Physicals

If you will be a sophomore, junior or senior next school year, take advantage of this one-time opportunity to receive your sports' physical from Fox Valley Orthopaedic physicians. Remember, student athletes from middle school and upcoming freshmen are not eligible. The physicals will be held on Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at Batavia High School, 1200 West Wilson St., Batavia, IL 60510. Please enter through the main entrance. Female physicals will begin at 6:15 pm and males at 7:00 pm. Remember that there will most likely be a high volume of students and general appointment times may prolong your physical. Students may pick up a SPORTS PHYSICAL PARTICIPATION form from the vestibule near Mrs. Huggins. Complete the form prior to arrival and bring it, along with your payment of $20 (checks made payable to Kaneland High School). All proceeds will go toward the Kaneland High School training room.
