About D302
Volunteerism
The District has benefited from the persistent presence and efforts of volunteers throughout its history. Parent support and booster groups are very active and contribute in important ways to advance the District's programs, services and student activities. This is true at all grade levels. The district also benefits from the resources and assistance of the Kaneland Foundation.
Any community member interested in volunteering time in one of our schools should contact the building principal or look for information shared by classroom teachers at each respective open house. Additionally, community members interested in volunteering as a Friend of the LRC should contact Dr. Sarah Mumm, Director of Educational Services K-5.
