John Stewart Elementary Named to State Honor Roll

Kaneland John Stewart Elementary School has been named a 2009 Illinois Honor Roll school. The award recognizes schools with high performance levels on state tests. Specifically, 90% of students must meet or exceed state standards in both reading and mathematics for at least 3 consecutive years, and the student attendance rate must be 90% or higher.
